"Caregiving often calls us to lean into love we didn't know possible."

Caregiver Resources

Caring for young children brings so much delight, but it can also bring a lot of stress.

For parents and caregivers who care for children with special needs, the stress comes tenfold. We know you need a break and some extra support, so we've got the local resources and programs listed here in one place to back you up.

Bringing a child into your home comes with a lot of joy... and also some tumultuous times. Being a Resource Family is a tough gig, but so worth it. If you're interested in becoming a Resource Family in Del Norte County or if you already have a child in your home, here's some direction and support.
